Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

We at Boydtown Beach Holiday Park wish to thank you for your support by choosing to stay here for your holidays.

We are taking the event of the Coronavirus very seriously and wish to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to minimize the health risk to yourselves and our staff.

As such, we have implemented tighter hygiene protocols in our park. You will see signs posted in all toilet blocks. Please adhere to these notices.

We have no enclosed spaces where people can be confined for long periods of time so we can accommodate up to 500 guests without hindrance to your health. Please refer to Government advice regarding travel changes.

We encourage you to see your doctor if you are un-well before arrival. If you cannot attend the date of your booking, we will give a credit for your next stay.

When you do arrive, we encourage you make use of our extensive un-powered sites to give yourselves more personal space and we will respect your social distancing.

Guests staying in their own caravans and our cabins will be in a controlled environment and will have less risk of exposure to the virus.

Contactless check-in

We have adapted our check in process to remove unnecessary contact. Guests will receive emails prior to check in for payment and arrival information including your boom gate code. On arrival, guests will be able to proceed directly to their sites and cabins, keys for cabins will be left in the key box, in an envelope, outside reception.

You can download the Guest Declaration Form prior to your arrival.

Once again, management and staff thank you for staying with us.
